The role has a range of responsibilities (please see attached Job Profile for details) involving preparing monthly financial reports for Oxfam’s various Divisions, including all aspects of financial planning and modelling, and supporting the year-end and audit process.
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to provide financial oversight for the restricted and unrestricted portfolio to key departments within the HQ to ensure that Oxfam meets its financial commitments. You will also provide support to the International Operations Business Partner as required.
In this challenging and multi-faceted role, you will play a key role within the International Operations Team through assisting project managers and team leaders in the preparation of donor and unrestricted budgets through consolidating and analysing the information to enable critical business decisions. You will also monitor monthly financial position and variances against budget and forecast as well as enable an effective Financial Planning of UNR – Budget and Plan Refresh.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive person with a strong financial background to work as a Finance Analyst supporting our International Programme Team. We are looking for experienced accountants, ideally with experience in INGO accounting and financial planning and modelling, who will also be keen to contribute to the continuous improvement of a value-add service delivery.
This role will give you an opportunity to make a difference in the International Operations Team, to work with a group of passionate people that are specialists in financial analysis and financial planning as well as fair pay and a highly competitive benefits package.
