Equal Society was established in February 2010 as an independent and non-profit organization aiming at carrying out actions for combatting social exclusion, unemployment and poverty. Its primary objective is to raise awareness and inform citizens on the rights of equality, equal treatment and non-discrimination in all areas of social life, especially in the areas of education, vocational training, labour market, social welfare, health and entrepreneurship.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team in Athens.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Draft applications and proposals for Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF, and other EU & National Programs.
- Manage partnerships and coordinate project consortia.
- Oversee project implementation, including tracking timelines and managing budgets.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to contracting authorities.
- Maintain communication with third parties and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Draft and review project deliverables to ensure high-quality results.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Project Management.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience in drafting and coordinating European and national projects is highly appreciated.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Availability to travel within Greece and abroad as required.
