We are pleased to inform you that the UNESCO Chair on the Right Housing (University Rovira i Virgili) and the Housing Rights Watch network of FEANTSA are organizing the International Conference on ‘Ensuring the effective exercise of the right to housing in the EU’, which will be held in Tarragona (Spain) on the 27th and 28th April 2017.
This International Conference aims at bringing together national and international academics, experts, practitioners and regulators in order to discuss fundamental legal issues concerning affordable access to housing and right to housing for the homeless, such as housing tenures and human rights, evictions and homelessness in Europe, homeownership and mortgages, evictions, tenancies and intermediate tenures, right to housing and homelessness and European instruments, policies and jurisprudence.
Papers are welcome to be presented during the parallel sessions in the Conference.
