The company:
EXELIA develops innovative projects for research and investment activities, interregional cooperation, and vocational training. The company launches and coordinates EU-funded project proposals and carries out policy analysis and empirical research for its clients. Technical innovation and policy learning are essential parameters of our work. We coordinate and implement technical work as project leaders or partners in Interreg, Horizon Europe, Innovative investments and Erasmus+ projects.
EXELIA seeks to recruit (1) full-time, in-house researcher to join our team.
Main functions – role:
The day-to-day activities include a combination of the following:

Drafting of EU project deliverables and/or project proposals for the domains of energy, climate change, industrial innovation and new technologies.

Organising and implementing data collection (e.g. questionnaires, case studies).

Conducting statistical & content analysis.

Making contributions for the reporting of EU projects.
Minimum requirements:

University degree in Environmental studies, Political Sciences, Social Sciences or any other relevant domains. A PhD will be considered a strong asset.

At least 5 years of proven relevant experience.

Very good, proven writing skills in English.

Ability and inner interest to learn new subject matters and to master new knowledge.

Salary range: 1,200-2,300 €
Individual salary offers will be made based on each candidate’s background, skills, and relevant experience.
