EXELIA develops and deploys innovative solutions for research, for interregional policy cooperation, and for training. The company launches and coordinates EU-funded project proposals for its clients and partners. Technical innovation and policy transfer are essential parameters of EXELIA work.

EXELIA seeks to recruit one (1) full-time, in-house, social sciences project manager to contribute to the implementation of international contracts of research and territorial cooperation projects.

Position description:

Day-to-day activities include the following items:

• Coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure the implementation of project work.

• Communicating with partners and organising work meetings, workshops, and dissemination events ensuring timely production of deliverables.

• Communicating with and reporting to funding authorities on project activity and financial progress.

• Actively pursuing and achieving a strong project impact.

• Developing, contributing to, and assuring completion of project deliverables and actions.

• Contributing to setting up new collaborations with the business development team.

Candidate prerequisites:

• At least 2 years of proven relevant experience.

• University degree in relevant disciplines.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Ability and inner interest to learn new subject matters and to acquire new knowledge.

• Ability to prioritise, organise and process large amounts of complex information under short deadlines.

• Proven work experience in a relevant function would be considered an advantage.
