In Lesvos, we operate the Ergon Vocational and Integration Academy, where we support displaced people in building the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to participate actively in Greek society and access employment. Through vocational training, socio-cultural learning and employability support, we empower participants to take meaningful steps towards sustainable integration.
About the role
Movement on the Ground is looking for an experienced psychologist or clinical supervisor to provide monthly clinical supervision to our team in Lesvos.
The purpose of this role is to offer a safe and supportive space where colleagues can reflect on their work, discuss challenging cases, strengthen their professional practice and promote their own wellbeing. The supervisor will facilitate reflective discussions while supporting the team to build clinical knowledge and skills, providing guidance, training and feedback.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct monthly in-person group clinical supervision sessions with the team.

Conduct individual clinical supervision sessions, as agreed and when needed.

Create a safe, confidential and supportive environment for case discussions and professional reflection.

Support staff in managing challenging cases while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical practice.

Promote staff wellbeing and resilience through reflective supervision.

Strengthen professional practice through reflective learning and professional guidance.
Profile
We are looking for someone who has:

A degree in Psychology or in another relevant mental health field.

Several years of experience providing clinical supervision, psychotherapy, counselling, or psychological support.

Previous experience working with an NGO or within the humanitarian or migration sector.

Strong facilitation, communication and active listening skills.

The ability to create an open, respectful and psychologically safe environment.

Verbal and written fluency in both Greek and English.

Availability to conduct monthly in-person sessions in Lesvos.
